Bulgogi(CHOY)


Bulgogi is a Korean dish that usually consists of marinated barbecued beef, although chicken or pork may also be used. The meat is marinated with a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic and other ingredients such as scallions, or mushrooms, especially white button mushrooms or shiitake. You should try Bulgogi if you visit South Korea.

  1. I have been tried it! umm but it seems a little bit different~~ I ate it in a resteraunt of Jeju university! but it almost kill me! cuz it's toooooo spicy to me! I drink 4 bottel of water at that time (JERRY)
